Tiny Tiger's is a specially designed Martial Arts program for preschoolers and kindergarters, ages 2-6. Tiny Tigers learn Songahm Taekwondo using safe, fun, and exciting methods suitable for the age group. Drills are combined with games, music and stories designed to capture a preschooler’s and kindergartner's imagination and attention. Our Instructors emphasize that punching and kicking can hurt and should never be practiced on others.
Life Skills are taught through stories and games. Respect is taught by shaking hands, answering up and bowing in and out of class. By working together on Taekwondo drills, students learn the importance of Sharing and Cooperation. Preschoolers and kindergartners gain a positive foundation in Life Skill training that can begin laying the groundwork for a positive lifestyle down the road.

Our Tiny Tigers begin and end each class by reciting their own special Tiny Tiger Oath:
|
 |
I promise to be a good person, to have knowledge in my mind,
honesty in my heart, strength in my body,
to make good friends and to be a Black Belt, Sir/Ma'am

Our goal at Action Family ATA is to provide a place to assist preschoolers and kindergartners in refining their development skills, interacting positively with others and gain control of their actions, all while teaching them important life skills that can be used inside and outside the Martial Arts school.
Students will engage in stimulating activities that will enhance fitness and motor skills essential in early childhood development. Our instructors direct a child’s natural energy into a lifelong love of fitness and physical activity. As a child demonstrates the readiness to accept skills that are more complex, he or she will graduate into the next age-appropriate program.
We believe that all great accomplishments in a child’s life should be cause for celebration. When our students work hard to achieve something outside of the Taekwondo School, we want to be part of that celebration. Our unique victory patch gives us that chance. We honor our students’ successes in school, at home and in Taekwondo by awarding victory stars for the following actions:
- Gold Stars for Academic Achievement
- Silver Stars for Special Performance Awards
- Blue Stars for Applying Life Skills to Real Life Situations
- Red Stars for Taekwondo Exhibition
